    No each item is individually handcrafted and totally unique, with variants in grain, texture and depth of colour.

  2. Are your products guaranteed?
    Yes, all the products carry a 100% money back guarantee against faulty workmanship.

  3. Do you export your products?
    Yes, we export to United Kingdom, United States, Japan, China and Australia.

  4. Do you make custom-made items?
    Yes we do... send us the information through the contact page and we will email a response to you, discussing you ideas. Alternatively phone our workshop and speak to Alan about your ideas.

  5. Do you supply bulk orders?
    Yes we will consider any orders with the possibility of a discount depending on size of the order.  Each product would continue to be unique and individually handmade.

Ordering From Us...

To use our shopping cart, simply choose the products that you wish to purchase by clicking on the "add to cart" button.

Our shopping cart also uses a single "cookie" to track users orders while moving around the various product pages of our web site.

WHEN USING THE SHOPPING CART, IT IS ADVISED THAT

  • Should an item become unavailable, you will advised at the time of your order being processed.
  • Overseas customers will be notified by email/telephone of the final shipping costs and total order price. This is because shipping companies such as DHL, FedEx charge on a weight only basis.
  • New Zealand customers will be automatically charged a flat rate for shipping and handling regardless of quantity, size or weight. This is calculated during the ordering process.
  • Due to the originallity of our products, items purchased can differ from those pictures shown on our web site.
  • All credit card numbers are checked prior to shipping.
  • Customers IP numbers are also recorded at the time of ordering.
